If I could give ALL Dotty’s 0 stars I would but in order to post a review I have to give at least one star even tho this establishment does not deserve it. The staff has no customer service skills and pretty much are all rude I’ve started to wonder if being rude is a part of staff training….horrible place, rude staff, homeless vagrants asking for money, tight machines, over priced food, total lack in parking….just stay away u will be grateful you did

You promote alcohol on the sign outside, you have a screen showing specials on shots you serve, and then you are rude as hell to people who drink and say the place isn't for drinking? Weird.

When did the dotty's on Palm? Around 10:30 this morning on Thursday spoke to the bar tender. Who was wearing a baseball cap and had a beard. Said good morning. Never responded, never offered me a drink even though I gambled. About 60 bucks never said a word, nothing. Is this really the kind of employee that you guys want?

They treat you like a criminal as you walk through the door, I never heard of a so called casino asking for your ID in a rude and discriminatory fashion I was about to to spend hundreds of dollars playing the 2$ machine, there are so many facilities to play, do yourself a favor and avoid this rude and disrespectful place, don’t forget you are the customer!!!

Limited number of machines. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the players
